Nazi Germanys largest battleship. Sunk by the British Royal Navy after a 8-day chase. The Hood was destroyed by Bismarck with a single shell, killing 1,415 crew. Only 114 of Bismarcks 2,200 crew survived. Found in 1989 by Robert Ballard.
